Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the BitRelay website, the early-access list, and BitRelay software and technology. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Pre-Launch Status
BitRelay is in development. The website describes intended functionality and does not constitute an offer of money transmission, custody, brokerage, exchange, or any other service.
Descriptions of planned features, target markets, and illustrative fees are provided for information only and may change or may never be released.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the site and to join the early-access list, and you must not be prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
Early Access List
Submitting a phone number or email address adds you to a list of people interested in BitRelay. It does not create an account, a wallet, a reservation, or any entitlement to a future product.
You confirm that the contact information you submit is yours and that you consent to receiving BitRelay updates at it. You may ask to be removed at any time.
Non-Custodial Software and Your Responsibilities
Where BitRelay provides wallet functionality, it is designed to be non-custodial. BitRelay does not hold, control, or take possession of your Bitcoin, and every payment is a transaction between user-controlled wallets.
You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, credentials, and recovery information, for verifying recipient details and amounts before authorizing a transaction, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and reporting obligations.
Third-Party Services
Certain future features may depend on independent third-party providers, including providers of payment, banking, identity-verification, liquidity, exchange, or infrastructure services. Those services may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, terms, and privacy policies, and may not be available in every jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to submit contact information that is not yours, to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or overload the site, or to misrepresent your affiliation with BitRelay.
Intellectual Property
The BitRelay name, wordmark, site design, text, and graphics are owned by BitRelay or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without permission, except as allowed by law.
BitRelay is a provisionally adopted working name; trademark screening is in progress.
Changes and Availability
We may modify, test, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue the site or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and any software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitRelay and its owners, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of Bitcoin or its value, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or software.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BitRelay harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as BitRelay develops. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms should be read together with the BitRelay Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer.
